I don’t remember loads about my school discos…

It’s just 30 kids screaming
“YES WE CAN!”
like it’s the most important moment of our lives 😭

Why did novelty songs go harder than actual chart hits at school discos??

I swear every disco had:
💿 one chaotic novelty anthem
💃 one song everyone knew the dance to
💖 one slightly awkward slow song nobody knew what to do with

And somehow… that was the perfect night.
