There are moments in life that change you.
Graduations. Engagements. Big milestones.
And then… there’s the time JB from JLS high-fived me.
Let me set the scene.
It’s 10am. I’m on a mission. Heart racing. Ticketmaster open. Fingers READY.
This is not a drill — this is JLS tickets.
And not just any tickets…
I ONLY WENT AND GOT PREMIUM TICKETS.
Yes. Premium.
Yes. I peaked early.
Fast forward to the concert.
The seats? Unreal.
Like “I can see actual facial expressions” unreal.
Like “why are they basically in my personal space??” unreal.
I’m already living my best life.
And then it happens.
JB comes over.
Time slows down.
The music fades into the background.
My brain goes: this is not real, stay calm, STAY CAL—
And then…
HIGH FIVE.
Contact. Physical. Actual. REAL.
I don’t remember the next 5–10 business minutes of the concert.
I was simply… gone.
Spirit left my body.
Brain buffering.
Hand = sacred artefact.
Recovery? Not possible.
Did I tell everyone?
Immediately.
Family. Friends. Probably strangers.
If you made eye contact with me that week, you were hearing about it.
And honestly?
I’d do it all again.
Because some moments aren’t just memories —
they become part of your personality.
And this one?
Main character energy. Premium seats. High five secured.
Peak life, really. 💅✨
