Tell me why this show had me questioning my entire identity at age 12 😭
If you don’t remember it, 12 Again was basically:
👉 “What if we took your entire personality… and froze it in time?”
They’d recreate someone’s childhood —
their bedroom, their clothes, their favourite music —
and suddenly you’re like…
💿 “Wait… is THIS who I am???”
Because at that age your personality was literally:
- One TV show
- One song
- One obsession
- And a ✨very strong opinion✨ about it
Like imagine my episode in 2004:
🎶 Girls Aloud playing in the background
📺 TV permanently on CBBC/Disney
💿 NOW CD within arm’s reach
✨ Glitter somewhere on my face for no reason
And I would’ve been like:
“yes. this is me. this is my BRAND.”
The wild part?
We were living the era people would later feel nostalgic for 😭
Now I’m like…
I don’t need to go on 12 Again —
I just turned my entire personality into a nostalgia blog instead 💅✨
