You know those days where your brain’s been a bit loud, your energy’s been up and down, and you just think…

A perfectly unbalanced, emotionally supportive mix of:

🍭 sweets for serotonin
🧂 crisps for stability (obviously)
🥤 Pepsi Max because I’m nothing if not consistent
Featuring icons like BN biscuits (never forgotten, always respected), pink wafers for the ✨aesthetic✨, and at least one completely random item I did NOT need but absolutely wanted.
Is it practical? Debatable.
Is it healing? Yes.
Will I eat half of it while watching Disney under a blanket? Also yes.
Because sometimes self-care isn’t a routine…
sometimes it’s just a snack haul, a cosy vibe, and letting yourself exist without pressure.
