A speed run through hell.
You pressed start and immediately regretted everything.
This track came for your body and left you gasping on the carpet.
No one survived this one. Not even the mat.

And Boyzone? The only reason I remember that song is because I pulled a hamstring trying to hit ‘up-left-down’ during the chorus.Dancing Stage was both a workout and a personality test.
