Hi, I’m Asten!
If you don’t know me, I’m currently 32 (although I level up on 3rd September 🎂), I live in the UK, and I’m autistic and disabled (part-time wheelchair user, full-time chaos gremlin).

As a girl who grew up in the 00s (or the Noughties, as people insist on calling them), I’m a little bit obsessed with my childhood and all the weird and wonderful things it had to offer. I would legit go back to 2003 if I had the chance — bring on the Nokia bricks, sparkly lip gloss, and those cursed Barbie.com games that only worked on Internet Explorer 6.

And no, I’m not stuck in the past.
This is what gives me autistic joy. Comfort. Dopamine. Sparkles.

What Asten Does Nostalgia Is All About

This blog is my scrapbook of all things 90s/00s — the good, the cringe, and the completely unhinged. Expect:

• Deep dives into the Barbie games I was far too invested in
